Since the outbreak of war in the middle east, the markets have repeated the same intraday price action on back-to-back New York trading sessions.

SPY and QQQ gapped down during premarket but fully recovered the gap at the end of the trading session.

Today, we are seeing this same intraday reversal move again. I saw some traders on X get short squeezed badly on Monday and today because they were too short-biased. 

The war is concerning. But the financial markets are not only driven by one factor. This is why I always emphasize the importance of trading the price action, not your bias.

In 2022 when the Russia-Ukraine war hit the market, we also witnessed a sharp reversal that continued for several days. Studying the historical price action helped me make the right trading decisions on Monday, leading to a decent $41,300+ daily P&L traded live in front of 1000+ members inside the Bear Bull Traders chatroom.
